Co-Founder / Representative
Ryuji has built his career across travel companies, airlines, and tourism consulting,
and for the past decade has focused on destination development.
He has supported national and local government projects across Japan, particularly in Tohoku, connecting regional resources with international markets. He also helped launch THREE GOATS, an inbound tour operator serving travelers from Europe, North America and Australia. At TEE-UP, he brings expertise in destination development, tour operations and international travel trade.
MASAMITSU YAMAMOTO
Co-Founder / Experience Producer
Masamitsu has specialized in experience development since 2008. During 15 years
with MIKI TOURIST（MIKI TRAVEL）, a European land operator, he developed, sold and operated travel experiences across major European markets, including products for the high-end segment.
Since 2024, he has focused on inbound tourism in Japan.
Combining extensive product-development expertise with family roots in a Tsukiji Market business with a history spanning over 100 years, he leads the creation of authentic local experiences at TEE-UP.
